If recent internet reports are accurate, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has purportedly offloaded two of her Mumbai apartments to filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey, renowned for his work on “Udta Punjab” and other notable films.

Real Estate Deal Details

According to ETimes, Priyanka Chopra finalized the sale of two apartments situated in the Andheri suburb to Abhishek Chaubey. The reported selling price for this real estate transaction is a staggering Rs 6 crore. These properties, both located on the 9th floor of Karan Apartment Tower in Lokhandwala, cover a combined area of 2,300 square feet. The transactions were executed by Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, on behalf of the global superstar.

In addition to the property cost, Abhishek Chaubey reportedly paid duty charges totaling Rs 36 lakh for the registration of the apartments’ transactions. These transactions occurred on October 23 and October 25, as per the reports from the news portal.
