Hrithik Roshan recently shared heartfelt support for his girlfriend, Saba Azad, who is set to take the lead role in the upcoming musical drama “Songs of Paradise.” Known for her roles in films like “Dil Kabaddi” and “Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge,” Saba Azad’s performance in the movie, set against the backdrop of Kashmir, has left Hrithik impressed, describing it as “heart-wrenching” and among the best he has ever seen.
Taking to Instagram on February 4, Saba Azad shared an update about the film, and in the comments section, Hrithik expressed admiration for her performance, stating, “Every actor needs to see your performance in this one. Heart-wrenching. One of the best I have ever seen EVER!”
Directed by Danish Renzu, “Songs of Paradise” follows the journey of a Kashmiri woman aspiring to become a singer. The ensemble cast includes Zain Khan Durrani, Soni Razdan, Sheebha Chaddha, Taaruk Raina, Shishir Sharma, and Lillette Dubey. The movie is produced by Shafat Qazi, Danish Renzu, Farhan Akhtar, and Ritesh Sidhwani.
On Hrithik Roshan’s professional front, he recently starred in the action-packed film “Fighter,” alongside Deepika Padukone, marking their first collaboration. The movie, directed by Siddharth Anand, revolves around the events surrounding the Pulwama attack of 2019. Hrithik portrayed Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, also known as Patty.
Looking ahead, Hrithik is set to re-enter the YRF spy universe in the highly anticipated “War 2,” where he will reprise his role as RAW agent Kabir. The film, directed by Ayan Mukerji, features Junior NTR and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles.
