When Piers Morgan asked if she wanted to be laid to rest next to Elvis, Priscilla responded with a simple “Yes.” This request reflects the enduring connection between the two despite their divorce in 1973, after a six-year marriage that produced their daughter, Lisa Marie Presley.
Priscilla spoke fondly of Elvis, describing him as a unique individual with an enormous heart, a great sense of humor, and an abundance of love.
While her wishes involve being buried at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, a settlement agreement regarding Lisa Marie’s estate clarifies that Priscilla will not be buried directly next to Elvis.
Priscilla also shared her confidence in her granddaughter, Riley Keough, who is stepping into new responsibilities. She expressed her desire to assist Riley with managing Graceland, acknowledging Riley’s successful career and talent.
